Our Company was founded by Greggory Miller in June of 2001. Gregg got his start at the age of 16 as he was the apprentice to the chef at the Coca Cola World Headquarters in Atlanta Ga. Leaving there he attended Johnson & Wales University Majoring in Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. The training that he received there was impeccable.While at Johnson & Wales he worked for two resorts Kiawah Island and Wild Dunes as a apprentice to the Executive Baker and Catering prep cook respectfully. After working with a wide array of chefs from the Ga World Congress Center, Legendary Events , A Catered Affair, Proof in the Pudding, Jerry Dilts and The Golf Club Of Georgia as the Sous Chef. Gregg decided to venture out on his own....
